Thank you for your interest in Novascan Technologies products. The following provisions set forth the terms and conditions on which Novascan Technologies sells its products.


QUOTATIONS

Any quotations provided by Novascan Technologies will be binding on Novascan Technologies for the time period identified in the quotation. If no time period is identified, the quotation will be valid for thirty (30) calendar days after it is issued. A quotation may be requested using one of the following options:

PAYMENT TERMS

Novascan Technologies quotations constitute an offer to sell Product based upon, but not limited to, these terms and conditions:

1. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, *Bank Wire payments are REQUIRED. *Bank Wire payment add $15 USD.
2. Customers requesting Net 30 MUST pre-qualify with an approved credit application.
3. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS OVER AND ABOVE THE PRICE FOR THE PRODUCT. THESE COSTS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, SHIPPING, INSURANCE, TARIFS, TAXES, DUTIES, WIRE FEES, CURRENCY EXCHANGE FEES, AGENT FEES, ETC.
4. If the quoted amount includes a Net 30 discount but payment is not received by the due date, all offered discounts will be withdrawn and the account will be immediately due in full. No additional credit will be extended to past due accounts, and the account will be given a pre-payment only status.
5. Overdue accounts will be subject to late payment fees of 2% of the outstanding balance per month, plus any collection fees and/or court costs.
6. All amounts in USD (USA dollars).
